• An in home assessment is where one of Complete Compassionate Care’s consultants comes in and inspects individuals’ homes for potential hazards and overall safety.

WHO IS QUALIFIED TO RECEIVE A HOME ASSESSMENT?

• Anyone who wishes to have a home assessment for the safety and/or potential hazards of their home is eligible to receive a home assessment.

DO YOU HAVE TO BE A CLIENT TO RECEIVE A HOME ASSESSMENT?

• You DO NOT have to be a client in order to receive or request a home assessment.
• Here at Complete Compassionate Care we feel that it is important for everyone to have the opportunity to have an in home assessment.

IS THERE A COST?

• If you are NOT a client there will be a fee for the home assessment. However, if you become a client within 90 days of receiving the assessment the cost will be refunded towards your service balance.

HOW MUCH?

• The cost of a home assessment is $140 for a consultant to come review the overall safety and/or possible hazards of your home.
• Again, if you become a client within 90 days of the assessment the cost will then be refunded.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FROM HOME ASSESSMENTS?

• Home assessments help to evaluate the overall safety and/or potential hazards in your home. It may be anything from checking the fire detectors to unplugging the stove if it is a risk.
• Safety is important in the well-being of individuals and in order to continue living a healthy, happy life at home you must realize that safety should be a priority when being cared for or caring for oneself at home.
• Home assessments are an affordable way to reduce risks that may be costly and/or hazardous later.
• It is a rule of thumb: “It is better to be safe then sorry!” Here a Complete Compassionate Care we want everyone to be safe so that they can live a happy life at home.
